WHERE TO PURCHASE

PURCHASE ADVANCE TICKETS ONLINE:
AXS.com

Please note: AXS is the only authorized seller of tickets for AEG Presents events at the Masonic. Websites such as StubHub, VividSeats, TicketsonSale, etc. are resale marketplaces which rely on a seller to transfer tickets. Our box office has limited abilities to assist with ticket issues from resale websites. In the event of a problem with the ticket or the order, while we will make every effort to accommodate our patrons, the original AXS purchaser is the only person for whom we can release or reprint the tickets.

PURCHASE ADVANCE TICKETS IN PERSON:
The box office is open Tuesday - Friday from 12PM-6PM for ticket sales. Cash and credit card accepted. Photo ID required for credit card purchases, and it must match the person using the card.

On event days, the box office will open two hours before the door time and will stay open at least one hour after doors. Box office hours are subject to change due to holidays and special circumstances.

MOBILE TICKETS

The default (free!) method of delivery for tickets purchased online is AXS Mobile ID. Download the AXS app on a smartphone and log in using the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. For enhanced ticket security, the mobile barcode changes every 60 seconds, so screenshots cannot be accepted for entry.If you purchased tickets for someone else to use, be sure to transfer the tickets to their account through either the AXS app or AXS.com. WILL CALL

Tickets may be picked up at the will call window of the box office beginning 2 hours prior to the door time on day of show. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at will call. Venue does not accept will call drop off. Guest list and concert winners must have I.D. matching the name that was given to the box office. Will Call name changes must go through the original point of sale / contest.
