The Masonic Box Office is open 10am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, 12pm-4pm Saturday For information on events call:1-313-638-2724
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Cash are accepted.
Will Call tickets can be picked up 2 hours prior to the event. Customers must have their Confirmation Number and Photo Identification.
Flash photography, professional-camera or recording equipment, tripods, audio/video recording devices, laser pointers, or other electronic devices, are prohibited.
Due to ongoing "The District Detroit" construction, many parking lots around The Masonic and Little Ceasar's Arena are currently under construction. Until futher notice, parking will be available at the 640 Temple lot, which is one block west of The Masonic on Temple Street, and the lot on the corner of Charlotte St. and Cass Ave. (see map). Parking will also be available at the Motor City Casino, which will require patrons to walk along Temple Street to The Masonic. Uber and Lyft might also be good choices. Note: the QLine shuts down at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
